- Today you will meet Niels Johan Kjærgaard, who is our production employee.

Niels' working day primarily takes place at our FSK plant, where his role is to load raw wood. This means that he is responsible for keeping the plant running at all times so that we don't have production stops later in the production process of finger-jointed glulam. 🌲

Niels also does quality control of the end product. This means that planks with cracks and glue defects are removed to ensure the right quality for the customer. In addition to his role as a production employee, Niels Johan is also our janitor - this means he helps with all the small tasks that occur in a workplace 🛠🔩⚙
