Niels Johan Kjærgaard - Production employee 

– Today you will meet Niels Johan Kjærgaard, who is our production employee.
 
Niels' working day is primarily spent at our FSK plant, where his role is to fill raw wood. This means that he is responsible for ensuring that the plant runs continuously so that we do not experience production stoppages later in the production process of finger-jointed glulam. 
 
Niels also performs quality control on the end product. This means that planks with cracks and glue defects are removed to ensure the right quality for the customer. In addition to his role as a production worker, Niels Johan is also our caretaker, which means that he helps with all the small tasks that arise in a workplace.
