The timber is delivered directly from Swedish and Finnish sawmills.

The timber storage area contains a large stock of timber of many qualities and dimensions to ensure a short delivery time.

The timber is scanned for knots and defects.

The timber is cut into planks on the cross cutting saw. The saw is programmed to cut at a minimum distance of 20mm from black knots, so all panels will have knot free ends.

The planks are ripped and then edge planed into smooth lamels on the planing machines.

The lamels are glued into panels on one of the seven laminating presses. Before gluing the lamels together each lamel is graded for quality and defects. An employee turns the lamels, so the topside is always the best. Particularly good lamels are used at the edge.

The pallets are carefully wrapped with pallet wrap, and are banded if required to secure the panels to the pallets.
